ShinKong Materials Technology has inherited 28 years of polyester film manufacturing experiences and technologies from ShinKong Synthetic Fibers Corporation. ShinKong Materials Technology is able to manufacture 60,000 tons of SHINPEX polyester film every year. The film can be made to the thicknesses of 12 micron to 250 microns, making it suitable for various optical applications, food packaging, electroplating films, electrical insulation, stationary, and other electronics or industrial applications. SHINPEX also offers stable quality, making it the premium choice for industries around the world manufacturing polarizers, tapes, and laser heat transfer processes.
The following lists the advantages of SHINPEX polyester film:
1.Mechanical strength of up to 17,000 to 32,000 psi (about 10 times that of polyethylene films). Offers excellent stretchability as well as impact resistance.
2.Optical quality: Offers high commercial value with its high transparency, high gloss, smooth surface, and fine external appearance.
3.Electrical properties: Good dielectric properties and can be employed as an insulation material.
4.Safety and hygiene: Safe for human health. Does not include plasticizers or toxic raw materials. Approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for food packaging.
